I have chocolate syrup/ganache texture, walnuts and pecans, caramelized apples (which taste more bitter and wine-like than sweet), blueberries, bananas, and instant coffee. Out of these ingredients, what are some recipes for a suitable topping for a New York cheesecake (which I just finished baking)?

A new york cheesecake is best on it’s own, with no topping. A drizzle of chocolate syrup on the plate would be good,just for a pretty presentation.
