HELP!!! i dont know what else to do!! its my ipod!!?
omg ok so i plug my ipod into my computer and on my ipod it says connected, but then after 2 seconds it say ok to diconnect!! and the it does it all over again. it keeps connecting and disconneting…but the thing is it never actually shows up on my itunes. i changed to usb port thing, i updated my itunes, i updated the software of my ipod, i erased all the songs, i took it to the apple store..and they gave me a brand new ipod and it still happens. i don know what else to do!!! help im gonna die if i live another day without my ipod!!! and in two day im going to new york …..BY CAR!!! HELP!! <33 kelly
The problem could be your computer or the iTunes program. I would try uninstalling, then reinstalling iTunes.
You could also call an Apple representative at 1-800-275-2273. They might be able to get to the root of the problem; whether it be the iPod, your computer or the iTunes program and help to fix it, if possible.
